 Hebei All Land Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co.,Ltd is one of the largest manufactures in china,which was established in Cangzhou City of Hebei province -the hometown of China Pipeline equipment,and well located in Zhifangtou industrial Zone of Cang county with total investment of RMB 0.5 billion,including fixed assets RMB 0.4 billion and circulating capital RMB 0.1 billion.It covers an area of 60000 square meters.The annual productive capacity is 200 thousand ton only for JCOE longitudinally submerged arc welding steel pipes and 5000pcs of wind power generation pole.Now our company has total 214 workers including more than 40 persons who are technical stuffs,operating four pipe mills, namely UOE, JCOE LSAW,SSAW and ERW,SMLS,which can produce pipes with outside diameter in range from 4 inches to 72 inches (114mm - 1829mm).
We newly introduced the advanced LSAW JCOE manufacture equipments and inspection equipments, in profession of thick wall and large diameter LSAW. The spec of the diameter is between 406mm and 1422mm,the length is between 3m-12m,the wall is between 8mm-60mm.Below are production standards : GB/T 3091,GB/T9711.1,GB/T9711.2,API 5L PSL1/PSL2.The raw materials mainly are Q235,Q345,L175-L555,X42-X80.
Our products are widely used in oil/gas transportion and steel structure in construction ,including oil tubing ,gas transportion , urban pipeline, water coal pipeline in mine, coal slurry pipeline in mine, uhv transmission lines, wind power, bridge and high-speed railway steel structures ,etc.
We also set up anti-corrosion company which located in the development zone of Cangzhou. It covers and area of 6000 square meters. It has three international advanced anti-corrosion work line for the steel pipeline, products areFBE,2FBE,2PE,3PE.The standards are DIN 30670,DIN30671,SY/T0413-2002,SY/T0315-2000,Q/CNPC38-2002,SY/T0457-2000.The annual capacity is 4 million square meters. |
